Whereas direct investing and structuring investment is our core business, we take on selective advisory mandates by clients and such mandates contain various activities:

• Clients that would like to outsouce parts of or the entire investment process adding substantial investment experience. That can start from sourcing, screening, executing due diligence management, closing and negotiation of investments (that includes can also lead to a managed account for clients with a focus on certain industries and/or geographies).   

• We also advise companies in their capital raising efforts, based on our vast network to potential investors and our deep understanding of financing rounds.
